I’ve purchased or leased over a dozen cars in my lifetime, and my BMW purchase from Luxury Imports has been the best experience yet. I’m from out of state and did the entire transaction online and over the phone without ever seeing the car in person. This was my first time ever buying a car from out of state and not seeing it in person. I knew there would be some risk involved, but I trusted Kelly and he took time to talk to me whenever I needed and FaceTimed me to show and drive the car for me. The car shipped to me in just a few days and it is gorgeous and runs great. Passed all inspections in my state no problem. On top of that, working with Rola was awesome. She was so quick and efficient with the financial transactions and getting the title to me. She filled all the paperwork out perfectly and made everything so easy as I just applied for title in my state and got new plates.
